Randy and his wife, Deana, have been married for thirty years. They are proud parents of five children and grandparents to two granddaughters. Randy has spent over 25 years in pastoral ministry, including 13 at Cross Community Church in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He serves on the Church of God Doctrine and Polity Committee and teaches as adjunct professor at Lee University and South College. Additionally, Randy has taught courses at Palm Beach Atlantic University and the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Serving the local church is his greatest honor, and he believes everyone should have the opportunity to believe in Christ, join a church, and grow as followers of Jesus. 

Randy earned a BA from Lee University, an MA from Biola University, a Master of Divinity from the Church of God Theological Seminary, a Doctorate from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, and a Ph.D. from Columbia International University.
